The difference in precision machining
begins where the eye cannot see.
THE MYONG — 18 years of dedicated showerhead machining for semiconductor equipment.
What we make is
the showerhead.
A showerhead distributes gas evenly onto the wafer inside semiconductor equipment. A single plate carries up to 9,800 micro holes — the first and the last must be identical for the result on the wafer to be identical.
Our 18 years have been spent building that sameness. So our work doesn't end at cutting — washing, measuring and recording complete one cycle.

Identical quality comes only from identical conditions.
We engineered the machining environment so that the system — not the operator's condition — creates quality.
Manufacturability review at drawing stage
With 18 years of know-how we review machinability and quality at the drawing stage. Problems are solved on paper, before mass production.
Temperature & humidity controlled shop
Aluminum is sensitive to heat. We keep the shop's temperature and humidity constant to stabilize dimensions.
Automated coolant supply
Concentration, temperature and flow are automatically controlled, using aerospace/defense-grade cutting fluid. The same conditions every day, without operator variables.
We manage even the most transparent things.
Water is an invisible quality variable. From groundwater to DI water, THE MYONG applies the optimal water mix for each process step.
The right water per process
From machining to cleaning, each step demands different water. From groundwater to DI water — we design the right combination for each.
Composition analysis · pH checks
We manage water with data, analyzing composition and checking pH to block residual ions and staining after cleaning.
8-step cleaning system
Eight cleaning steps from lukewarm rinse to oven drying, including ultrasonic cavitation that clears particles inside micro holes.

We show you what cannot be seen.
Every claim comes with a measurement. Down to burrs hidden inside holes — every Ø0.4mm hole is inspected on a vision measuring system, and results are delivered as data.
Depth becomes a system.
We turned 18 years of working methods into four systems we built ourselves. From drawing to shipment — data is entered once and flows to the end.
Built In-house · Fully IntegratedDrawing Library
A digital library of 3,800+ accumulated drawings — search, history and access control.
Production Management
Tracks process, machine and schedule per individual piece. Where it is now, and when it ships.
Automated Hole Measurement
Full inspection with automatic reports and CPK. AI detection is being introduced in stages.
ERP
From order to shipment — inventory, purchasing and sales in one flow.
Five steps of collaboration.
Starting from a single drawing — narrowing the gap between design and machining. That's how THE MYONG sees collaboration.
